the staff gave so much information on arrival i found the room very comfy and tidy they replenished water tea and coffee when needed. the food exceeded my expectations across breakfast lunch and dinner i must commend the chef

i noticed the hand soap dispenser in my room needed refilling it was almost empty

The location is excellent. I found the staff very friendly and helpful at all times. The room decor was well done. I enjoyed the theme. There was tea, coffee, water, and biscuits provided in the room (a thoughtful touch).

The stairs were very steep. I found it quite noisy because people talked loudly and smoked right below my window until late (past 1 a.m.). The window didn't shut properly, so it made no difference to the noise.

my room faced the street. it got a bit noisy in the evening due to bar activity.
