amazing food helpful staff
the staff gave so much information on arrival i found the room nice and neat they replenished water tea and coffee when needed. the food exceeded my expectations across breakfast lunch and dinner i must commend the chef
i noticed the hand soap dispenser in my room needed refilling it was almost empty

friendly staff breakfast selection central location
the staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast had a great selection.. i especially enjoyed the avocado and poached eggs. the location is central and convenient.
sound proofing was poor, especially due to gaps under the doors.

the interior design is stylish. i also noticed the availability of good coffees as a notable offering, convenient for starting the day or enjoying a midday break.

staff members offered assistance with luggage and parking. a phone charger was available when i brought the wrong plug. kind waitresses and receptionists were present at all times .

excellent location friendly staff good room decor steep stairs loud noise faulty window
The location is excellent. I found the staff very friendly and helpful at all times. The room decor was well done. I enjoyed the theme. There was tea, coffee, water, and biscuits provided in the room (a thoughtful touch).
The stairs were very steep. I found it quite noisy because people talked loudly and smoked right below my window until late (past 1 a.m.). The window didn't shut properly, so it made no difference to the noise.

the location is central (it's super convenient!). the breakfast was great. i really enjoyed the avocado and poached eggs on sourdough.
my room faced the street. it got a bit noisy in the evening due to bar activity.
